If your check machine is not working, please contact Telecheck at 800-366-1054.
1. Select option 1 for English
2. Select option 3 for existing merchant.
3. Enter your store’s 8 digit TeleCheck number, which can be found on a sticker on the side of the check machine, without the # sign.
4. Select Terminal Support.
If Telecheck informs you that this is a network issue, please try resetting the switch at the register. Unplugging the switch will also interrupt the internet connection at the register, so please close your CounterPoint session first.The switch is a small square box the is usually white, but sometimes blue, and should have several blue cables coming out of it. It will also have flashing green and orange lights on it. Unplug the power cable from the switch, wait ten seconds, then plug it back in. The internet connection will come back up in a few seconds.
