How to reset passwords in ZenDesk

1. In Zendesk, go to the cog on the lower left hand side of the window

2. Once you click on the cog, find "People" under the Manage section of the options

3. Click on People and the default category should be Users

4. In the search bar, type either the full name or the user name (ex. ccisneros)

5. Click on search

6. Once you find the person, click on the username and it will bring up thier ticket history and admin properties

7. On the lower left hand side of the window you will see a "User Options" button, click on it

8. A window will pop up with different options, clock on reset password

9. A email with instructions will be sent to that users inbox
